Streets wind around 8 acres of naturally-landscaped ponds, surrounded by mature woodland full of plant and wildlife with bird sounds in spring and summer. The limited HOA maintains roads, snow removal, and pond landscaping. While Whispering Woods doesn't have its own pool, homeowners can use the nearby Mystic Harbour amenities (1 mile South on Route 611). Near Sunset Marina, Fisherman's Marina, West Ocean City Outlets, and the Flagship Movie Theater.
